Welcome to High Desert Paradise! Located on a cul-de-sac in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Rio Rancho NM, just a short 11mi drive to Balloon Fiesta park. This property is built for family gatherings: it has three living rooms, king beds, a grass backyard, covered patio, built-in grill, fire pit and plenty of room to relax while enjoying amazing views of the Sandias and all the balloon action! With secure gated trailer parking!

If the winds decide, enjoy watching the balloons float over the house! There are three king size beds, high speed Wifi, a fenced-in back yard and the kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a neighborhood covered patio just steps from the front door where you can enjoy sweeping views of the mass ascension and the evening firework show!

The home has five bedrooms plus extra sleeping area in the loft and includes three king size beds, one queen, a twin bunk, a foldout bed and two air mattresses. Four bedrooms are located upstairs and one bedroom (queen) is on the first floor.

Trailers welcome. There is a side access gate to the side backyard with large concrete and gravel parking area. See photos. Photo shows an 18-ft car hauler trailer and a 10-ft long utility trailer with room for more. Will have these trailers moved prior to your arrival. We don't ever lock the gate, but feel free to bring your own padlock if you desire.

Please note there is a security camera outside on the front of the home to monitor the driveway, and there is a Ring doorbell camera by the front door. No other cameras are present on the property.

E-signed rental agreement required within three days of booking. Host will email the agreement day of booking. Security deposit of $500 required as well.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

Home was very spacious and very clean. Had plenty of towels & blankets for family of 10. Location was great, close to highway but on quiet cul-de-sac. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and that was very important to me. We were visiting family in Rio Rancho and home was perfect size for entertaining. Family is ready to rent again next year!
