I liked that the property was clean and comfortable.
The room was a great size I thought we had Queen beds but we had full. I was disappointed with the floors they were not clean along with the table and counters. We had trouble with our keys. the lounge chair was broken.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was perfect for a family of 5.
Easy access to shopping, etc. I needed to get some work done so chose this hotel because of the small kitchen. A decent place to stay. Friendly staff and clean. The internet (Wi-Fi) was terrible so I was not able to get work done. Need to improve or expand Wi-Fi capacity if they want to advertise as an extended stay hotel.
Front desk personal was great. Check in was painless
Very nice, clean and comfy! It felt like being at home!
The hotel seemed fine at first, however my keys kept failing over and over - first at the fitness center, and then at the room door. I started out with 2 keys, and ended up with 9. The front desk person was either overworked, or just unhappy to be there. She apparently doubled as housekeeping, and there was almost never anyone at the front desk. Ever. Not a good situation when your room key doesn't work. Or trying to get the plates and pots and pans for the room, or another guest, trying to just return an iron. Plus, the paper left on the front desk, that she was "helping another guest" had a phone number to call, if you needed immediate help. Problem was, this number rang at the front desk! Where NO ONE WAS. It was ridiculous. And, we found the previous guest's trash in the room, on the floor. My family was planning on staying here in May, but we're booking somewhere else.
No complaints! Great experience! If you like coffee. Just ask the front desk for a coffee maker, coffee, & cups. They will bring dishes, ect ..if needed as well.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and the location convenient to shopping, dining and a nice city park was just a few minutes' walk north of the hotel.
