This property has a great concept. Cenotes & tents.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were awesome. Tents were beautiful. There are two cents at the property which are great for swimming. The restaurant area is really nice, with some craft beers, delicious mezcalitas and an old cat for company! Don't bring a suitcase as it's hard to carry down the stone path, stick with duffel bags!!

This place is truly unique and truly beautiful. A step up from glamping with your own private bathroom and daily cleaning service. The staff was warm, friendly — just the nicest people — who were always so happy to help. A few highlights... the cenote steps from my tent, the (free) access to bikes which was great for exploring the town/nearby beach and the incredible hour & a half massage in a nearby tent. Akumal Natura was a magical place to wake up in each morning. Thank you! -Erica

This place was grateful for those who like an adventure and are not high maintenance. Staff was amazingly nicec and helpful. A couple thing to expect that are not advertised. There is not hot running water yet and it says it's a has a bar and restaurant. There is no bar at all. I fact they don't even have a liquor license. Although, you can go to town and grab your own and they will place it in their fridge. The restaurant is from 8 to 11 for a Continental breakfast and the again for a set dinner from 7 to 10. Although, the food is good it's not a bar and restaurant. At least not yet.
