For the amount of money that they ask for, they provide the smallest and very cramp apartments. The staff were unwelcoming and rude and extremely arrogant. They would dismiss your problems and never treat you like your the customer. The photos of the apartment were very misleading and were extremely different to what they looked like in person.
I have booked a 1 bedroom apartment, and had a confirmation by email. i told them i will be checking-in late. when i arrived i found out that they have cancelled my booking?!! on the basis they have called me and didn't answer the phone!!!!! i was offered an apartment for one night and told to pay extra upgrade!!! the manageress Kenza thought that she could sweet talk me into paying!!! I paid the extra because i was on holiday mode, and i didn't want them to spoil my holiday!! (they gave my room to someone else and wanted to squeeze the extra from her guests:(((( I checked in the apartment was a disgrace dirty kitchen, the towels seem to have a 20 years usage in them, they wake you up at 09:00AM to take the towels and bring them back in the evening!!!! i told the housekeeper what do you want me to use in the meantime!!! This place needs an overall of its management structures because the they are killing the place. They organised weddings receptions as well and the noise coming from downstairs until early morning is unbearable. The internet only available by the reception on the ground floor!! not inside the apartment!?!! This was my first stay in this place and it will be my last! Really unpleasant experience.
The staff can not do a miracle, do with the means at their disposal A bit far from everything, but it is not a problem. A restaurant nearby with an excellent coucous Luxury hotels and beaches around 1km
The building is huge and like a ghost town. Wild dogs patrol, you can only return by taxi at night. It's secluded and the hallways are dark at night until you stumble to the light switch. A lot of barking at night and the rooms and furniture are run down. I wouldn't stay there again. Staff pester you for payment. I had something go missing as well, maybe not stolen (slippers) but they were in the concierge, they should have been safe.
Nice clean room, tv and air-conditioning all working fine. Close to beach. Small shower room but lovely piscine, only downside that there's no shops a round.I was really happy with hotel and its location I will surely visit again.
We didn't really plan our vacation, so we ended up in this place. Here is what I mean by 'disastrous': The place is dirty. We were given a room that looked old and accidentally furnished. The room was dark at night, and the hallways are creepy. I guess they are trying to reduce their electricity bills by using cheap and low-light lamps in the rooms and the hallways; something that might pass as an 'exotic' charm. But the most horrible thing was dirt. The sheets were dirty, with hair everywhere, literally. We had to ask the staff twice to clean room and change the sheets. It seemed they are used to letting people sleep on dirty sheets without being bothered. The reception people are very unprofessional. They don't know how to run a hotel. The dirt says enough! Please see the pictures above. We were charged a lot of money for one night in a dirty and old place. I completely advise against staying there. Sleeping in a car or tent sounds much better!
I have been in this hotel in 2012 for 10 days. The hotel is not that bad, the hall is very nice but the rooms are with a very different style. The position is not very good. It is quite far from the centrum.
depressing squat,, stayed a night because i arrived late... 4 children with me,, cockroaches in beds ants everywhere..lucky i was able to cancel on booking .com..re booked at residence intouriste,,,fantastic hotel and about 30 pounds dearer...i am not a fussy traveller, but no tv nothing in rooms,, no kettle,, filthy ,, put it this way a hostel bed is 5 star luxury in comparison
we stayed in room 412 which was a suprisingly nice room, we only stayed here for 1 night as we were passing through agadir. once we arrived late at night the night porter seemed abit rude however we just wanted to get our head down. with regards to the room/apartment it was above average and was pretty decent - no complaints. i dont know what it would be like long term however i would consider staying here again in the future.
It was my third visit to Agyad but my last... I simply don`t like the strange people in the reception.. I don`t mind walking long distances but be prepared that if you want to visit the beach it is 1,5 km. away. Breakfast is terrible and very very simple. Rooms are ok with a nice balcony
