Visited at end of October, the hotel consists of over 20 different blocks with rooms over three or four floors and apart from the main block near reception there are no lifts. There are also steps everywhere so beware if you have mobility problems. The rooms are very basic and as far as I could ascertain most do not have any air conditioning. If you want a fridge in your room it will cost extra. However the room was kept clean and we received fresh towels everyday. The food did get repetitive but we always managed to find something to eat although we steered clear of meat dishes. The reception area was a bit of a trek from the block we were in as was the main restaurant and the Wi-fi was very slow at most times we tried using it. Overall the hotel just about met our needs and of course the weather was wonderful, even for this time of year it was around 30 degrees nearly everyday.

Stayed at the caribbean village on 29th October for a week as a bookinh of 3 families, 18 people in total one who needed disabled access. We where welcomed by the receptionist who was very nice and checked us in quickly and sent us to our rooms with someone to carry our bags. We arrived in the early hours of the morning so we went to the oasis restaurant in the resort for breakfast which is definitely worth waking up for, fresh omelettes, boiled eggs and much more. During the day the restaurant offers a variety of food for those who are even the fussiest of eaters. Drinks are available all day till 11pm. Rooms are cleaned daily with towels and essentials replaced. Getting in and out the resort isn't the best for wheelchair users however the resort does have access all around. The animation team do a fantastic job of keeping a lively atmosphere for its guests and the evening shows were very entertaining. The souk el had is a 5 minute taxi away, don't give more than 20DH. The souk is full of different stalls also some cafes to take a break at. There is also some local shisha cafes I would recommend catanzaro which is a 2 minute walk away from the resort. Our stay at caribbean village was fantastic and we would highly recommend the resort.

rooms are clean and grounds are lovely . not good for people with waling difficulty's as got loads of steps and quit hilly ..staff friendly . food poor . I have been in a few hotels in Agadir and the food was top quality . this certainly isn't .. but saying this . there is always something to eat ..lunch time is the best food or was when I was there in October 17th 2017 ... but it is cheap to eat out so we did a few times .. .

We stayed here for 6 days in October. The room was lovely and they receptionist was happy to change our original room as the balcony was in the shade. Our new room 2316 had the sun from 10pm to sunset which was perfect for us. It also had a great view of the Agadir Hill which was lovely. I thought the food was great, lots of variety, and on the first day we had Roast Lamb which was a real treat. The staff were also very lovely, especially the staff in the dining hall. The head chef helped us when my daughter was sick, and the rest of the staff were always welcoming and kind to us. My only complaint would be that the shops inside the hotel had ridiculous mark-ups, and felt all to be a rip off. We had bought anklets for 10dh in Marrakech. In the hotel they were 150dh, exactly the same ones. And some of the Animation crew were just too forceful. One named Rastaman really upset me one day when I was doing their Agadir dance by the pool and he was pulling my hair around behind me. I broke my neck 2 years ago, and its still painful. When i approached him to say how much he had upset me he just laughed in my face. He was the only one who i thought was rude. All the others were lovely. Even so I would still return as I felt that this is a great value for money hotel. Thankyou for looking after us.

I have been to the Agador since 2001, i have always found all the staff friendly, polite and helpful. The animation team friendly, funny and talented. The rooms are modest but comfortable we have always have a goodnight sleep. The restaurant has a wide verity of good food you will not go hungry. The main thing to remember is to go with an open mind , i will not lie and say that it is perfect, as it is not, nor is it a 5* ,some people just like to complain about things rather than saying what a great time they had after there little moan, this hotel is huge with all the sport facilitates and 5 pools plenty to do or find a Quite spot to read and rest

Visited Morocco second time and stayed in the same resort was very pleasant experience again. The place has got the right atmosphere, very friendly staff and the only areas of improvement are WIFI coverage and some minor decorative works. Food in the main restaurant is of a good selection and very tasty.

Just returned from a trip to this hotel. Most staff very friendly .A typical Moroccan hotel needs a lick of paint and some electrical work done. The hotel was cleaned 24/7 and room kept clean and towels replaced daily. The Shower fell off in the first day but it was fixed within 2 hours. Gardens are fantastic and well maintained. Entertainment staff work hard all day and night and if you don't want to join in they leave you alone Food was nothing spectacular but there was always a good choice every day especially salads and fruit. Has its own. .part of the beach which is about a ten minute walk it is clean and peaceful and serves soft drinks to your sunbed. Booked some trips from couscous on the beach sounds dodgy but I would highly recommend him never let us down always on time for pick up and was a third of the price of other operators. look him up on facebook Good value for the money paid if you are looking for 5 star go elsewhere. Over all enjoyable stay and I would return.

First things first, you have to remember how much you paid, and for that this place is of great value, don't expect a £1000 hotel for a fraction of that price. The hotel its self is lovely, with a lick of paint and some cosmetic work this place would look stunning, how ever still a very nice feel and kept clean and up together. Staff - Majority of them are very friendly and helpful, but do expect the people who are regulars to get a better service i.e actual glasses for drinks, priority on being served and better looking food. Entertainments team- work tirelessly to create a great atmosphere through out the whole day, if you are around the main pool or pool bar at night then prepared to get up and dance!! Never seen so many people on a holiday get involved and that's thanks to the Entertainment team. On that note if anyone is there now or going shortly can you let me know as I have a very small favour to ask. Food- at first I thought that this was very poor, but as the week went on I found the selections to be getting better and some of the food is pretty amazing, if you're not prepared to try out new things etc and like plain 'English food' then you will be stuck eating pasta and chips all week. get involved in the different dishes you will be surprised. A La Carte- Visited the Moroccan and the Steak House, The steak house was generally a nice meal, nothing amazing. However the Moroccan was superb, great way to meet people there too as you'll be sharing a table, they do sit you with other people that speak your language so don't worry about the awkwardness. the different dishes they brought out were all amazing. Rooms - a little tired like the majority of the hotel, and again a nice Moroccan feel to them, only thing is that there is no fans or air con so expect it to be very hot, hate to think what its like in the summer months, I personally thing its wrong to charge for renting of a fan when the room as no sort of cooling. My rating is based on what you get for the money paid, so please don't think its in any way a 4 star plush hotel, but has a nice lovely feel to the place.

travelled with 3 friends and we it was our first visit to morocco. we found all the staff really helpful and friendly. we all thought the food was nice and fresh and varied. one of our group regularly travels to france and she found many similarities with the types of food on offer. French is spoken a lot, although the staff's English is also good. All the staff work very hard to make you feel welcome, Yes the place is a little dated and tired but again the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. Tried out several of the themed restaurants and our favourite was the moroccon one. Got a better deal exchanging money on site than in the airport. Did find the wi fi in the lobby pretty useless. As we had a heat wave during our stay 37-42 degrees! (even the staff said it was very unusual in mid October) some form of air con in the room would have made sleeping easier! Overall, all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would certainly consider going again.

Had a lovely weeks stay at this hotel! We booked all inclusive and found the food quite bland to be honest, always had something to eat but wouldn’t go back for seconds. Mixture of pasta, fish, lamb, salads ect.. the drinks were also limited basic spirits, wine and beers but would go back for more! We also tried two of the themed restaurants the Moroccan style should be given ago. However personally we’d give the Japanese style a miss. The room was in line with pricing old decor but wasn’t missing anything. Few lights out and plug sockets needed fixing but again didn’t bother us. The only issue was there was connecting doors between the next hotel room and it hadn’t been locked so we had to request for this to fixed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating especially as our knowledge of the language was limited. If you do require anything from the reception I suggest you go in the morning as they seem to have more general knowledge to questions/problems. Plenty of pool space not so sure in peak season though. The secluded beach across the road was a very nice touch. They offer only soft drinks at the beach and there are no toilets but you can use local businesses. People also come around and sell to you if they can but again didn’t put us off going again. WiFi in the reception was handy as well. All in all two massive hotels combined with lots of grounds and pools, great for all types of groups or solo travellers.
