The room and especially the bathroom were very dirty. We found hair in the sink and blood stains in the towels. The staff was rude and unfriendly and was not happy to help at all. The only thing that is ok is the close proximity to the beach!

We expected a decent hotel. Wrong. Very unclean, especially the shower. There were blood stains on the towels and rust (or blood) - we didn't investigate too much - were found in the shower. Fortunately we only spent one night there. Also, it's a really sad place.

Check in was very quick! But everything else went downhill! As soon as I got to the room one of the lights wasn't switching on went back up to reception and it took them so much time to change the bulbs! I had breakfast when I last stayed at this hotel and i didn't enjoy their standard breakfast so this time I went out to have breakfast plenty of other places! I spent most of my time at the pool it is clean and it was very quiet, when I decided to stay at the hotel to have lunch they ran out of mincemeat and chicken as they had a tour group they fed! Rooms are cleaned everyday and there are no fridges in the rooms! Would stay again as its close to everything the location is perfect but the hotel seriously needs updating

been visiting this place for over 7 years however they fail to keep up with apperances and invest money clearly in the hotel - same beds, wardrobes, baths , toilets for over years, phones in room dont work anymore and receptionist have just turned into being ratty. stayed in a room far side of the hotel, 4 cockroaches were found in room on first night, asked for a room change took them 2 hours terrible.

It was super clean but felt like a sad place. Too big to have great energy, depressing furnishings that weren't torn but are getting there. It felt outdated, unloved and forgotten. The lobby furniture wasn't the right scale for the size of the rooms and didn't fill the space so it felt like it was thrown together on the cheapest possible budget. The breakfast was pretty horrible. Literally 5 pans of bread (where sausages, potatoes would normally be...it was rather surreal), eggs they cooked individually but the cook was incredibly cranky about having to be asked to cook. Cheap sugary orange drink, coffee, tea. Our group was really disappointed by it. The staff ranged from helpful and kind to downright rude. I was there 3 nights. Had hot water 1 night otherwise it was too cool for a proper shower-- turned more into a quick rinse. But the location was great for the price. It was $40CDN in Dec/Jan with about a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants or a 10 minute walk into the town.

I only slept there and was there for breakfast & diner because it was included. as a sleeping shelter it's ok. shower needs some time to get warm, in winter not so cool. the window could not be closed completely, three windows you can adjust but not close. only one powerplug in the double room. the waiter expect tips, i didn't drink anything so they made me feel that i'm not welcome, also the receptionist tries to sell massages/hammam/tours permanently.

We have chosen this hotel mainly for its location 15 min to the beach shops an restaurants nearby and the price was a bargain. Unfortunately the hotel reception was full of smoke and rude staff. Got allocated a room by the pool which was like 10 min walk by the stairs, door to our room wouldn't work as the lock was broken waited forever to get help. Room was big but so dated. No tv, phone not working, window broken. Some nights we couldn't sleep as there was parties going on hosted by other hotel residents until morning hours. Over all you get what you paid for.

Ok so this isn't a great hotel, it's just so so. The location is fab. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and pretty much anything you'd want to do in agadir. It's always easy to get a taxi outside or just a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is basic. The reception is like something out of the 80's but it's ok and clean. It has a bar that's not too pricey but no alcohol is cheap in Morocco. Our room was a standard room with no kitchenette or balcony. No room has a double bed, it is just 2 singles no matter what. The first room we had was room 1208 and it had bed bugs. We were bitten so much. But it was very quiet. We then moved to a room higher on the other side of the complex, facing the sea which was exactly the same inside but unfortunately it was right above some restaurants and the English Pub plays loud music until around 3am. But it's great in there, drinks are so expensive in there though. The most expensive I've seen in agadir. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with walking difficulties of children. You will never see so many stairs. It doesn't matter where your room is, you will have a lot of stairs. Then some of the rooms are a death risk. Windows that open fully with very high drops, so easy to fall out. A toddler would most definitely try and climb out. Overall this place is basic, I'd say a one star quality but it has a great pool that has sun all day and it's cheap. I am returning again simply for the money saving.

Room 5401 1. A lot of steps 2. Unhygienic 3. Rude staff 4. Poor Internet connection- no wifi in rooms 5. We were asked to go to the Police Station upon arrival and seek permission or get a document to say me and my friends were OK to stay in an apartment- I blame getaroom.com - don't use this firm please 6. Pool was small and perverted 7. The beds were itchy 8. Noisy from club across the road 9. Cleanliness was poor 10. Very poor reception staff disgusting 11. Rooms very simple no tv no telephone 12. Our room from reception 6 minute walk up steps about 46-54 steps Good points 1. Mint tea at the bar was good- service was good at the bar 2. Location excellent 3. All amenities close by 4. Good exchange rate 5. Close to beach 10min walk down steps 6. Close to McDonalds 7. Reception area lobby was comfortable 8. Apartments were ok 9. Nice view Please do not use getaroom.com . We are all British passport holders me and two friends. Upon arrival the receptionist told us I have worked here for twenty years and I'm not allowing a male and two females to stay in one apartment. She sent us to the police station. I contacted getaroom who said they couldn't help and provide nothing only 18£ compensation. I would have lost out £350 on my booking. After wasting 3 hours looking for the police station and trying to explain our predicament the police were no help and sent us back. Upon arrival back to the hotel we had to plead to the manager who eventually allowed us to stay. A bloody embarrassing affair this whole experience. Please DO NOT USE GETAROOM.COM absolutely useless. I can show you messages sent and received so poor never again.

This was our second visit in 7 years. We made the mistake of not booking in advance so the nightly rate was higher! Check-in was quick and efficient. From the street to our room there were 100 steps! through the hotel and along little pathways. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The bedroom facilities were clean and functional. Bring your own coat hangers! The plumbing could do with some tlc. Free wifi in the reception/bar area. We didn't use the swimming pool this time nor took breakfast. Our car alarm was set-off during the night, and because no car registration details had been requested, the alarm only stopped when our car battery was flat! Poor residents... Location is ideal but as there is a set of steps from a lower level street to the hotel entrance level, used by the public, it was noisy as we had to have our window open due to 30+C at night.
