I strongly do not recommend this hotel as not only are the staff rude and careless, the hotel is absolutely filthy. The staff at reception and the maintenance man were arrogant. Also, the apartment-room we were given had not been cleaned at all; there were clumps of hair scattered all across the living room, crumbs and stains on the sofa beds (which I have to mention, were all broken), the bathroom had a puddle of urine left beside the toilet seat which gave an outrageous smell and both the toilet and sink were leaking excessively. Overall, the service offered in terms of customer satisfaction and the room was appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as you would be better off paying for something more satisfactory.
This hotel is fairly clean and it has decent size rooms. The beds were very comfy. The people are very helpful and attended to our needs. They even put 16 of us on 1 floor and gave us 2 new beds. There is a shop that is open late which you can purchase snacks milk and bread and other essentials too. There is wifi too. The walk to the beach is around 20 mins and you can take a taxi for about 30 dirhams but be carful they will try to scam you. The souk is also 20 mins walk but u can also take a taxi. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it where you can purchase food. There are also some cafes, restaurants and eating places nearby. Overall we had an enjoyable stay
The service was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was lovely. The shop outside the hotel was very handy and was open till late (so i had a lot of midnight snacks). I went with family, and they managed to put us all on the same floor so we wouldn't be separated. We were so glad because there was quite a few of us. The location from the beach is great as you can either walk or get a taxi there. The workers are great, and we had absolute laughs with them. We were respected and looked after very well. Was not expecting that good of a service for the low price that we paid. Thanks to Issa, Abdul Latif, and all the other managers. I definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever go to Agadir again, I know where I'll be staying!
I have been to this hotel before and it wasnt bad at all. Now it is the worst in agadir. When i went to my room, the wardrobe broke and fell on someone in my family. they changed it straight away. but that was the first time. now they are very rubbish. only the security and chef is nice tbh
You just have to look at the pictures to see why. They are nothing like the published advertised pictures. It's filthy, no curtains let alone black out drapes, city view maybe of a city in construction but not the current city, balcony door handle is broken outside so if go outside get locked on balcony, water leaking from kitchenette into living room. Wouldn't give money back had no alternative it to stay. Paid an extra £30 to get the room that was originally described. The city tax was more than advised. Hotel is just filthy and completely run down. Would never recommend it. Very expensive too.
I went with my family there it was very bad hospitality from the reception I think the guy he is name (younes).we booked for 3 people's they give us the room for 2 and they force us to pay all money for all days we staying from the beginning the charge extra money and the charge for saftey for each nghit even was broken this hotel is not 4 stars hotel is very dirty evrything there was broken the left not working we didnt have a hot water, toillet was broken cookers and so far from the beach nothing is nice was bad experience never come back again the spoil our holiday
When we arrived this place. The rooms were disgusting. The bathrooms Really really dirty. The cloths on sofas were just filthy. But worst than that is the way the staff treat you at reception. They took full money for 5 days. They were rude. They talk to you like you are the criminals. They did show another room which was just as bad. They really spoiled our holiday 3 times we phoned booking.com and they were superb. But the guy at reception even put phone down on them. There was no hope then. There are other places around for similar prices. So check them out.
We went to agadir 2 weeks ago and had a lovely stay at Appart Hotel Founty Beach. There were some minor faults with the room when we arrived, but they gave us 3 rooms to chose between, so it was our own fault we got the one with the missing stuff - the staff quickly solved the issues. Jessus, the manager, was so lovely and helpful all the time and so was the rest of the staff . The location is good as well, a bit outside agadir center, but close to Marjan (supermarket) and the local Souk (market/ bazar) Aprox 20 minuts walk to both. If we come to Agadir again, we will book this hotel once more.
On arrival we were given a room which is not sufficient for the number of the family members. After, talking to manager of the hotel, he arranged additional beds. Plus the provide baby bed. We were happy until we see the cockroach came out of bed. Then we called the reseption again and they have changed the baby bed. After getting settled down, we found that the kuisine was very dirty and smelly. We called them again they fixed it. After only issue we had was about the toilets leak. Plus, we had ordered food once in the pool, it was also not very satisfing. But except those, our stay was fine. Nice balconies, airy rooms, nice staff and helping desk. It was ok in general. Well, we stayed here because there was a great discount because of my wifes work. I would not stayed here if there were no discounts. Because there are more options in the city way better, but more expensive.
We have stayed at the Founty beach apartments on 2 occasions now and on both times we really enjoyed our stay. Firstly we find the apartments to be good value for what you pay compared to other places in Agadir. Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartments are very clean and comfortable and with good internet signal. The hotel has a lovely pool with sun beds around to relax on. There is a restaurant which serves delicious food for reasonable prices. There is also a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy the basics. The hotel is well situated if like us you want to explore and walk. In one direction you can get to the beach and in the other you are around 10 -15 mins walk from the medina. The staff are very friendly and obliging and will go out of their way to help with anything you need. We will keep returning here for as long as we are made welcome and we would recommend a holiday here.
