A decent modern city hotel in a good area. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast and dinners were very acceptable. Our room was clean and reasonably equipped with a decent en-suite. The nice poolside bar was a nice place to sit at night.

Great location, the beach, restaurants and center is very close. There is a very nice fragrance when we enter the hotel, huge bouquets of rose and lilies. The A´la carte menu in the restaurant is very tasty. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi is available in the whole building. The swimming pool and rooms are very clean. Only one recommendation: the country is full with fresh fruits, nuts, very wide choice from everything but the breakfast is not the best (only watermelon, melon, orange from fruits). Would be better to offer more from this beautiful country´s possibilities.

Book transport from the airport through the hotel to save time and money. Spacious and clean rooms. Hospitable, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Beautiful and relaxing poolside area. The hotel restaurant serves one of the best tangine dishes in agadir. A must try!

We stayed at this beautiful Boutique hotel for 9 days at the end of April 2019. This was our first time although we have been visiting Agadir for the past 17 years. Everything was perfect for this 4 Star Hotel which we understand had a total renovation 18 months ago. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, the bathroom again, small with large towers and modern fixtures (only lacking a shower curtain), the corridors also very clean. A large variety of food at breakfast catering for every taste, the pool small but clean and inviting. Lastly the service and the hospitality were exceptional. One must take into consideration this is a “boutique” hotel. We wish to thank all the staff and management for making our stay very enjoyable. Did not include any photos because they were many good ones already submitted.

Very pleasantly decorated inside and out, extremely clean with a beautiful outdoor area with a pool. Excellent buffet breakfast and choice of buffet/a la carte for lunch dinner, though there are a number of restaurants nearby. Pleasant, polite and friendly staff.

Small hotel located in the city vicinity and well surrounded by cafes, shops and supermarket. Hotel has 3 floors without elevator and they’re all beautifully decorated. As this is a small boutique hotel, expect everything to be small, whether it’s the room, pool, restaurant or the spa. Rooms are not big but they’re cosy and tastefully decorated. The downside is the shower area in the bathroom where it is only partially glass covered thus the floor gets flooded when showering. Nevertheless the towels are huge and thick and the amenities are well provided in the bathroom. Breakfast does not have much selection but overall it tastes good. The dinner buffet however, is such a dismal. Booked a massage and reflexology at the SPA Rose des sables. The therapist is good but speaks very little English. Hotel staff are friendly but a little slow when issuing receipts for purchases. Upon checkout had to wait 20 mins before the hotel receipt is issued.

We stayed here whilst visiting friends who live in the area. We were very impressed overall. The staff are amazing efficient attentive. The place is beautifully clean. Decor has a gentle nod to the region. The outdoor pool and bar a delight. The food, particularly the breakfast, lovely, plentiful and fresh. I hope they have now mended the coffee machine though

Not bad. Not amazing. But not too bad. I was disappointed with the downstairs indoor area. It was Christmas do vold by the pool. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Galway’s and stairway was beautiful.

Morocco I admit is hit and miss with areas there are some very posh large hotels here but we are so glad we booked The Atlantic Hotel . A small hotel and rooms are adequate and very nice, clean, maintained well. WiFi available too. Food in restaurant is lovely and nothing is too much trouble (especially when you are as annoying as me needing more wine and hot water for my tea bag) when returning to room in evening. Lovely terrace area too! Perfect for a winter break!

Pros Very comfortable beds Great shower Clean rooms and communal spaces AC in room Reasonable priced bar and restaurant with huge proportions of food servings Rooftop is a great place to relax and sunbathe Shop is across the road Beach towels provided Waiting staff and security were excellent and welcoming Hotel manager was very accommodating and dealt with our complaints seriously. We are confident she will take our feedback seriously and prevent these issues happening again. Cons Terrible internet and none in our room which was disappointing Basic breakfast that finishes early 10 min walk to the ‘private beach’ which was misleading as we thought the hostel was situated on the beach. It was just sun loungers on the main beach which would of been uncomfortable to sun bathe on in bikinis. Limited vegetarian options on the menu. Thin walls as we could hear the neighbours next door. (We had to make a complaint about the noise on one occasion) Phone in the room was not working but was fixed the next day Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. This could be due to the fact we were two young single blonde women travelling together. We felt that this was an issue with some of the staff at this hotel. Bar manager came to our table to ask why we hadn’t finished our meal, we explained one was cold and one was just plain pasta (not what we expected) instead of taking our feedback on board he argued with us which made us feel very uncomfortable. He came back over to continue this when we ordered our next drink. All we had wanted was him to pass our feedback to the kitchen but instead it made for a very uncomfortable situation. What was worse was this was Christmas Day so it put a sour end on what had been a lovely day. On arrival, there was unpleasant smell in our room and we were given another room begrudgingly.
