I stayed here 19-26th April 2018 with my partner and 1 year old and it was absolutely appauling!! The staff were rude. Stayed in the 4th floor was told it was delux room, no fridge bedsheets weren’t changed at all carpet was filthy, it doesn’t mention that it’s actually located on a sort of hill so if u have a bad back or any problems walking no way will u be able to walk up, it triggered my partners sciatica and we ended up getting a taxi back n forth n spent a small fortune on taxis. Do yourselves a favour n do not stay here! Lifts didn’t work n were a hazard and WiFi,, what WiFi?? I was actually able to connect to the hotel next to anezi and get a slight connection. The only thing I could say was decent was the reception area
Location- close walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, close to marina and not in too busy/noisy of an area. It’s the tallest hotel in Agadir too, so easy to spot from everywhere so you don’t get lost! Room- we had too floor pool side, which got full sun from morning until around 3pm in the afternoon! Two single bed pushed together instead of a double but that was fine. Food- we ate here one night then opted to eat out instead, pleased we didn’t go for half board option as there are so many lovely places to eat near by! Staff- one bad experience where we asked them to book us a taxi, and after sitting in reception for 30 minutes and three attempts to ask what was going on at the desk, they asked us to just walk to the roadside and get one ourselves..
Tasty food, very clean everywhere- in room, in restaurant, by the pool.I recomend this hotel.very poor wifi.staff is helpful and polite.good location close to ocean, to souk. For diner big selection of hot vegetables and 3 kinds of meet.
Good Hotel but room for improvement. visited with family including 6 month baby. positives: Excellent location beach 5-10 walking distance clean hotel staff were good negatives: lifts are dangerous! doors shut as soon as a button is pressed which isn't if there are many people entering breakfast buffet - ok but boring same thing daily and not enough fresh fruit no mini fridge in the room which isn't ideal in hot weather. overall a good hotel. rooms were clean and spacious. lovely views from the hotel rooms with a sea view.
The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful from the time you check in to the time you check out... we were checked in by Halima Eltiki and she was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was lovely and clean... the bathroom sink was a little slow draining but that was the only fault. It was a little chilly at night and the heating unit worked like a dream. The hotel is practically positioned for the beach where there is a private area set up specifically for the hotel. Morocco is a lovely place.. just be aware of people trying to rip you off... always remember to revert back to your currency to get a true cost... Just a small negative... we went half board but the food is a bit bland with more or less the same choices everyday.
Anezi Tower is a very beautiful accommodation with a very nice and helpful staff. Especially Ibrahim and Asdib in the restaurant were amazing to us and have given us the best service! We are very grateful to them. The hotel's breakfast terrace outside has a unbelievably beautiful sea view. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We had a nice room with a good view on the sea and the mountains. The water in the pool was a little bit too cold, but we expected that to be the case as our trip was in the end of december. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can get a taxi around the corner and go wherever you need. It is only a 10 minute walk to the sea and to the hotels private beach. It is probably one of the best places to be in Agadir and we're certainly choosing the Anezi hotel again next time.
At first glance the hotel is lovely, but some of the reception staff do let it down by unprofessional behaviour and not passing on information correctly thereby creating confusion. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful, but some are driven by more mercenary concerns, so when on a strict budget it starts to be rather uncomfortable and not as relaxed as a holiday should be! Mealtimes were rather practical than enjoyable experiences - you could be halfway through your meal before being approached by a waiter to take your drinks order and the wine was not cheap, beer however was reasonable. In all, a rather mixed bag, with the entertainment pretty poor. The best part was having the beach very close by and the beautiful views.
The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are very helpful. The WIFI in rooms is non-existent but as long as you purchase a sim, it's not really a huge problem. The laundry does cost that is something they are not very clear on until you are given a huge bill. Overall a good hotel. Nothing special. Not that bad either.
Stayed here for one week , wouldn't return again to this hotel , it's mainly for the French, etc, wasn't many people there so was told nothing going on during the day ,no amination team at all , food is all in French nothing in English , hotel was so dead during the day and night, entertainment well the same three singing in either Arabic or French couldn't understand a word they were saying so complained , she did try her best to do English bless her, cleaners very good and friendly , the hotel is lovely but not really catered for the English , half the staff can understand English so pass you on to someone else.
We stayed at the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, sitting room and balcony overlooking part of the mountain that has arabic words 'God, land and King' . beautiful at sunset. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The maid even put soome rose petals in the toilet and made swans with the towels. New towels everyday. Breakfast was tasty. They had an area for freshly made pancakes, another one for freshly made eggs, omelette, and another one for freshly made chapati. There was baked beans, ovenbaked tomatos, a variasion of jams, honey, cheeses, olives, fresh vegetables. Bread, scones, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea. I mean there was alot to choose from. The only problem is that is if you want breakftast very early in the monting before 0700 oclock, you will not get all these choices. The hotel has a 3 pools outside and a jacuuzi. Infortunaltely, the pools are not heated and it's too cold to swim. The WIFI is strongest at the reception area. The rooms have poor WIFI reception. The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The stuff were polite and very helpsome. The bar lounge had live music for 1 hour at 2200 oclock. Overall, this hotel is wonderful and ideeal for families with children. We will definately go back here
