Run down hotel, unfriendly staff, restaurant attendants simply rude. We staed there twice - one night each time and are not planning to come back. The hotel is in a large tower, far away from the beach, small pool on the grass next to the tower. Surroundings really dirty.

Visited this hotel last September , spent a week there . Arrived late at night they had staff bring my cases to my room . The aircon was not working in my room so they moved me to another room . The hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and welcoming . The food was of a good standard and a wide variety of meals to chose from. Great hotel

We spent there 2 weeks, all-inclusive with TUI. The room was on the 10th floor, clean, with a huge comfortable bed, new TV, quite spacious bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. The cleaning service was provided every day, they waited for the empty room even till 4pm, towels changed daily. One hanger got broken but we reported it at the reception and it was fixed within an hour so a big plus for the quick repair. The food was tasty. Breakfast a bit monotonous but good, always fresh orange juice and pancakes. Dinner & supper: at least 1 tajine + tajine Fridays, fresh vegetables, cakes. Waiters come to the tables and you order what you want: water, pepsi, mirinda, 7up, beer, wine. The beer was very good but I do not recommend wine though. There were supposed to be snacks but sometimes there was nothing, sometimes just some cookies. The window had a finger-fitted aperture which caused a lot of noise while it was windy as hell; we thought it could break once at night. We know some people had problems with their rooms (located in the basement, no pillow, 1 bed for 3 people), however we did not have such issues. The swimming pools were cleaned daily. There were nice outdoor activities lead by 2 funny and amusing guys. Every evening at 8pm - live music in the main bar.

We had an great time. A place where you want to spent a relaxing vacation, where staff do everything to make you feel good, Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the food was amazing. Abderrazak Miftah the Restaurant Manager was excellent he made us feel very special and was at hand to help even for the simplest of things. "THANK YOU EVERYONE"

We bought 1 week All-inclusive vacation in Anezi Tower for ca. 520$/person (including transfers from Warsaw, Poland), which we believe is a nice price for the service provided. 3 meals a day were well prepared, rather wide choice of food was provided (continental as well as Maroccan dishes, fish, great choice of salads, fruits and vegetables). Water in the swimming pool was a little bit cold at this part of year (September-October). Common areas of the hotel are very elegant and finished with a high standard. Rooms are still acceptable, however redecoration is a must as long as Hotel Management want to keep pretty high standard standard (bathrooms renovation should be a priority). Towels changed at a daily basis. Waiters, cleaning service as well as reception desk are very friendly and provides necessary help. People employed in hotel are creating very nice atmosphere for children.

A overpriced tourist hotel without any service. Mediocre. Doesn’t have any costumer focus. Accepteble dinner buffé. Lot of people hired, but no one can help you. Internet OK if you like to spend time in the noicy reception. Avoid. No reason to go here.

Booked the 2 bed apartment. Overall a good place. Especially when you have 3 kids and want to stay together. However room service did not respond despite me going to reception 3 times to ask for items. I had to fix our own phone, just a lead that was unhooked. Enjoyed the breakfast and all food staff and manager here are brilliant. Reception staff could do with manners such as not to answer calls when dealing with me at reception, it’s rude. Other than that overall a good place - still here 😂

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in February and had both a positive and a negative experience. Pros: bathroom and bedroom were very clean, bed was comfortable with good quality linens and beddings. We really liked the walk in power shower. We paid extra for the ocean view, so our room was on the 8th floor and had a great view. Location is very good, right in the heart of Agadir. Outdoor facilities are good with 3 pools, a garden, roof terraces. Pool staff were very friendly. Cons: Reception team - they had very poor knowledge of their hotel and services they provide. The front desk must be the first point that the guests seek help or advise at, and they should be very informative and helpful. But the reception team at Anezi Tower hotel could not deliver the service to us at all for those 4 night stay. We arrived after midnight, a guy at the reception asked us to fill the form and handed the key card, that was all. There was no engaging at all, not even confirmed our booking details, information about the hotel facilities and breakfast service etc. When we went in our room, we realised they gave us two single beds instead of a double bedroom which we booked. So we had to ask them to correct it next morning, and move a room, which was not pleasant start at all. You ask the question, but it won't be a helpful answer from the reception. they did not even know the hammam in the hotel was out of service, being done maintenance work, so she gave me wrong information on the phone saying that it was perfectly working, and i needed to come downstairs to book it. Also it was not very professional when the receptionist guy went to answer the phone when he was in the middle of a conversation with us. we just stand there and waited for him for 5 minutes until he finished his phone call and come back to us to finish his answer to our question. Lack of information about products and services, such as cost of the security safe box( it should be free included in the room price, but we were told to pay 25 dirhams per night for using it). The water, shower gel and coffee capsules are supposed to be filled everyday, but they were not done daily, so we had to call them to get those things, if you ring the reception, they would just tell you to call the housekeeping. so not helpful at all. These facts show that the reception staff are needed full training for customer service, and I would advise the management team to look into this.

Been here 6 days now and leave in two more days. Love this hotel and love Agadir. This hotel is perfectly located not far from the center of town and not far from the beach, short walks. The hotel has several pools, gym, hammam and much more. The food is good and accommodates vegetarians also. The grounds are clean and offer spectacular views. Everywhere is clean. The staff is great. Quite surprised how nice this place is and how nice Agadir is also. Not like the rest of Morocco yet well worth another experience of the Moroccan people. I would advise this hotel and Agadir highly. Many things to do in town if you want to leave the hotel. The whole place is child friendly. There is a bird park close to the hotel that is amazing and free! Anybody who doesn't enjoy thier time here is just not looking for a good time. The people here are great and love this place and so do I.

A nice hotel in a high modern building. Good big room, facing the sea with a high window, no hair dryer but with safe. Comfortable beds with clean sheets, old small Tv and the furniture could be better and newer. A big variety of tasty food at the dinner and at breakfast.
