The hotel is located in a convenient setting to the Adelaide CBD and the room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I ordered a room service dinner that was delivered promptly and was delicious. Although I have to say the female who took my order was quite abrupt. The receptionist was very helpful on my checkout. Overall a ;ovely stay and I will stay again.
Older hotel in a good location. Can walk to many of the attraction. St peters, Zoo, Casino etc king bedroom has plenty of room and bed was comfortable. Restaurant does not cater for Coeliac if that is a concern at night. Air conditioner a little noisy
The hotel is well situated in Adelaide and offers an intimacy which is homely and friendly. The rooms are very well appointed and made the stay enjoyable. To me it offered good value and friendly and helpful service at all times.
we had 5 nights there it was really nice the only thing I found was when people were in the next room we heard them bashing on the wall. the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was great value we had breakfast vouchers that is good value , we had drinks there nearly every night was reasonable rate compared to hotel meals were good. the only thing I feel is that they take $250 frozen deposit it ended up coming of my account I feel this is a little over the top
Really great place to enjoy Adelaide city. Close to everything and in the heart of the wine and dine precinct. Hotel staff are super friendly and the place has limited rooms making it a super relaxed and comfortable stay.
This hotel is very central . It is in walking distance to the Central food markets, Rundle Mall, Adelaide Zoo, Addle boats , beautiful parks and much more . Michelle on reception was a pleasure to deal with and only to willing to assist with any inquiries . The room are great . The laundry a bonus . My only negative was that the spa pool was to cool . They did say they would look at this . The gym is also well set up . Lots of restaurants close by .
Staff and food was great. Air con was super noisy and windows didn't open. Sleeping in a too warm room isn't nice either. The furniture in my room seemed a bit old fashioned which is probably a matter of taste.
Found on last minute booking. When i arrived , reception was okay, friendly enough . More smiling makes for a happy feeling and welcoming. Possibly she was busy, seemed slightly serious. Room was lovely, nice and big. I enjoyed my night. Would stay again.
Aged 85 and have travelled extensively world wide for past 60 years,This so called 41/2 star hotel is an absolute disaster. Too many faults to enumerate but suffice to say no door on wardrobe or lid on toilet.Restaurant closes at 21,30!! Only curtain which doesn''t reach floor in bathroom so each time you have a shower the whole floor is flooded.. To vast majority of staff English is a very poor 2nd language.
I chose this hotel for its three day deal which proved to exceptional value for money. Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. The staff were efficient and helpful. Good downtown location near to a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby.
