The Host was very helpful. When arriving late in the evening, they helped us carry our bags to the door of suite after our long day of travels.The suite was very clean and ready for us. The property was in a convenient location to grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store. The hosts provided everything that was needed, kitchen wares, spices, detergent for laundry, linens, extra towels, anything you could potentially need. The host was very kind and responsive. The space is very roomy and well equipped. The hot tub lid is heavy but they offered to remove and recover it for us. It is a walkout basement entry. The suite is in the basement and sound proofing of footsteps and items dropping above Is poor. There is also traffic noise from the street below. All in all I give it a good rating.
