"The amenities listed appear to be inaccurately represented. The property is not located directly on the beach and there is no on-site beach yoga as advertised. Additionally, there is no spa on-site. The listing references beach umbrellas and lounge chairs; however, staff clarified these are located at the pool, not on the beach.
Several other amenities listed, including paddle boards, surfboards etc. were also not available on-site during my stay.
When I raised these discrepancies, a staff member acknowledged uncertainty about why beach yoga, paddleboards etc. were listed given the property’s location. A manager later joined the conversation and indicated that they receive 60K bookings through Expedia each year and no one else had concerns with the inaccuracy of the listing itself.
Overall, the information provided in the listing did not align with the amenities available at the property."
