This is truly a gem of a stay. Everything is so close…beaches, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping. Gated with good parking and plenty of shade. Three pools to choose from and the nicest staff we had our whole trip to CR. Highly recommend!

The place is at very convenient location, very easy to access the beautiful beaches, very quiet and safe. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. If I have to point out what needs improvement, it will be the ceiling fan and shower head. Ceiling fan wobbled and shower head flow is a little bit weak. Other than that, it’s a cute place to stay!

Great alternative to pricey resorts

Although not walkable to flamingo beach, it is a 5+ min drive and a resort- like feeling staying in this gated facility. Large rooms. Helpful staff, nice pools well maintained grounds

Their website claims they have a restaurant but it’s only open for breakfast. We needed a quick lunch before a tour and they turned us away because they were bringing in a bus load of people from a tour group. There is no where in walking distance to eat… they seemed very worried about people stealing their towels- you had to go to the office to trade them in and there was often no one there…. I had a big list of issues- just choose somewhere else.
