This was a wonderful experience. The service and dining is top notch. Even though reservations at the restaurants were required for dinner we were easily able to get a table even if the app said none were available. Staff was more than willing to accommodate us. My only criticism is that people save seats at the pool despite being asked not to by staff. I’m not talking about members only areas. Those guests are entitled due to the extra fees they pay. Regular guests are up at 6am putting towels down and then disappearing for hours. There are always seats at the beach but the main pool is always full. If you are someone who gets annoyed by this be aware. If you are flexible, seats do open up as the day wears on. But again, if you are annoyed or want to complain this is not the resort for you.
