The Hay-Adams hotel was very beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. If I ever come back the Washington DC again, this is place I would stay. Love it.

Nothing but good things. We had an unexpected issue that required some help and the staff was exemplary.

Nice enough hotel. Had to shower three times in drain back up that never got resolved over my stay. Due to that and the property booked an event in the restaurant bar that limited the ability to use included food/bev offers, the daily ”fee” was waived for my stay, which was considerate.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at while in Washington DC. The Georgetown neighborhood is terrific and you are also with walking distance of the Silver Line; monuments, Arlington Cemetery, and The White House. Great staff and service. Thank you Westin Georgetown!

Stayed 1 night, check in easy, room clean and bed very comfortable.

Free breakfast and free happy hour. I was there on business, and the breakfast conveniently got me going and the happy hour helped me to unwind a bit at the end of the day.

10/10 super comfy, friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant is good and good drinks.

I wasn’t happy with the additional $15 per day “destination “ fee the hotel charges. When I booked through Expedia, I chose the hotel based on the price I was quoted. I paid in full prior to arriving so did not appreciate the additional fees.

This property is steps away from Timesquare. Walkind distance to several restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to subways, shopping etc..A very nice hotel in general. All the staff was wonderful. (It woukd be nice to have coffee in room but it is available for free, in the lobby area)

This property was fantastic ! Wish we stayed longer ! I didn't yet get to use the gym and exercise facilities. My only criticism would be the bar seating. We were waiting for a table and twice people came and cut in front of us and took the table. They should be a better way of doing this.

This resort is incredible! Friendly staff, beautiful views, and very convenient. Resort shuttle takes you and picks you up right across Coronado hotel. We enjoyed the bar drinks and the Lavender Latte from the coffee shop in the resort.
