The location was wonderful -- just south of the Acropolis and minutes from the Acropolis Museum. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and courteous. Special mention goes to the bellman Michael who was especially helpful getting us to the airport.

The customer service was outstanding! Polite, friendly, caring and prompt! The best!

Incredible “as-advertised” views! Doesn’t get any better than being at the highest point in Imerovigli with a jaw-dropping view of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. Service was great, bed was excellent, but there was one problem that normally would bring a review down to one star... noise. My wife and I were woken up every single night that we slept at Aqua suites. The first night it was some random people, likely drunk, who were extremely loud at 3 or 4 am. Didn’t last too long but we realized quickly that our room was susceptible to much of the noise from outside. The second day an Arabic speaking family moved in to 402 right next to us and were extremely loud. We went to speak with Manos at the desk because while it was during the day when we just happened to be there in between activities and dinner, we had explicitly reached out to them about ensuring that we would not be disturbed by noise in the suite that we had selected and that we would be willing to select a quieter room or upgrade if necessary... anyway, he assured us that he would take care of it right away. The noise stopped immediately and we went on our way. Unfortunately, that night, the gentleman in that room came out at 1 or 2am to have a very loud conversation on his phone which woke my wife and I up (I am not a light sleeper and we were both very tired). I phoned the front desk and they immediately sent someone who came right over and handled the situation. The final night I got no sleep at all... a

We absolutely loved our Villa stay at Santorini Princess Presidential Suites. Santorini can be hectic with tons of tourists, but this place is like your own private oasis away from it all. And don’t worry about being separated from the busy attractions, because Rania and her team will set up private transport anywhere on the island. In fact, the service at this property is second to none. The staff will literally do anything to make sure you have a perfect stay. From restaurant reservations, to setting up a COVID test, to planning a private meal in the comfort of your Villa. Three other prime perks: the panoramic view of the island (including an amazing sunset), a full heated pool/spa, and a fantastic free breakfast. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. You’d be hard pressed to find a better stay in Santorini.

Wonderful stay at the Electra Palace in a suite with patio overlooking the Acropolis. Service was top-notch, from the welcoming smiles on arrival, storage of luggage, directions to local sights, and poolside (after a rain shower, we went to the pool to relax, and pool staff came out and dried off the beds and brought fresh towels). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, elegant and convenient location. The breakfast is fantastic, and the rooftop location provides for stunning views for a dessert/nightcap.

This hotel Iris well located!!! Breakfast buffet is nice. It’s basic buffet! View of acropolis is epic!!!! Staff is okay. Not great or bad. They are okay. Room was bad. Ac barely worked and Ants crawled out of a tear in carpet and were like 100s!!!!! Ugh! Athens is HOT so no ac is bad! Their ac is bad! I’d never return bc our room felt like 90 degrees! I don’t recommend! I do recommend going there and having drinks on rooftop! Food is overpriced and basic. And shower was super small! Don’t come here! But come for drinks! View is Epic!

We had an amazing time at the Pegasus Hotel. The staff was fantastic and was happy to help you have a great time. There was always a smile to great you wherever you went. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends. Also far away enough from Fira to have some peace but close enough to walk to for dinner and shopping.
