The resort is an hour aways from Palma de Mallorca airport and the downtown. To drive there opens the possibility to visit the beaches in the north north east portion of the island. The hotel DOES NOT have a beach of it’s own.

Loved the hotel, its beautiful views, refreshing morning swims at the pier, delicious food, and several themed cafes and bars. Loved the coffee and cakes in the patisserie. Daily wellness centre activities (aerobics, yoga etc.) added another layer of fun and relaxation to my stay. Also had great fun with entertaining afternoon competitions (both sport and non-sport), evening shows at the amphitheatre and parties. The staff made my stay, they were super welcoming, fun and just amazing! I would totally go back.

I have to agree with all the negative reviews about the resort. Not going to repeat it. Quality of the sheets was amazing though. I booked a package and the flights was very comfortable and organized, flying with TAP. Hopefully there is a market to whom this type of establishment will appeal. Obviously not me.

The staff is very friendly, they try to accommodate. The hotel is older, which one can tell in hallways. The rooms have everything you need, nice options with sofa beds for kids. The beach area is great too. Pool is overcrowded. Only thing we didn’t like was the buffet. Too busy, too noisy, same food every day. Service slow. Still a beautiful stay though.

It was perfect! The service was great, stuff was friendly and kind. The food was absolutely tasty and good. I will come back to one of Ikos hotels for sure.
