Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and clearly under construction—there was sheet rock dust all over the floor, bathroom, and even on the mirror.
The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. At checkout, we requested assistance with our bags because there are multiple levels of stairs to climb, but no one ever showed up. We waited for 30 minutes until we had to carry the bags ourselves, or we would have missed our ride to the airport.
The “all-inclusive” package turned out to be a gimmick and a complete waste of money. It only included the buffet, which served awful food, and the alcohol was of such low quality that it made our stomachs hurt.
While the view was beautiful and the private pools were clean, the dining experience was very underwhelming. The pool bar restaurant food was mediocre at best (5/10), and the upstairs restaurant served the exact same menu, offering no variety at all.
The only redeeming feature was the stunning view, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading all-inclusive package.
