Rooms were great. Had a fun free HH and breakfast also included was wonderful! Only negative is parking situation- expensive and kinda forced to use valet parking. All the one ways around it made getting to and from challenging- but think that is true to any downtown area. Overall a wonderful property

The hotel is located in an easily accessed area close to some stores and restaurants. The on-site restaurant was also very good. Underground parking is available for an additional $20 per night.

During the off peak summer months, this place seems to be half the price of the surrounding properties. And you get what you pay for, I guess. The place is fine, it’s good enough for a budget vacation in Breckenridge. Maintenance and housekeeping could be a bit more detail oriented, though. The door connecting our unit to an adjoining room was unlocked, and I had to call maintenance twice to get it locked properly. Then I found a very moldy something or other in a plastic bag inside one of the kitchen cabinets. It looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. Finally, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9 AM for an 11 AM check out, and then knocked again at 10:45, even though we had asked to check out a bit later. Annoying but again, you get what you pay for.

The property’s rustic and cute, tucked away in a canyon. The beds were really comfortable. I enjoyed the sauna. The rooms aren’t that well-maintained (mold in the bathroom). They had a big event with maybe a hundred people and a loud DJ late into the evening (couldn’t drown it out, even in our room). It seems like it’s become a place for community events which is great, but not so great for the guests. Some of the amenities they advertised were out of order. It’s unique and has a lot of potential but wasn’t the place for us, especially at the price (over $300/night).

The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer unlimited free bottles of water for anyone to take, and offer complimentary cookies and milk from 8-10 PM nightly. The restaurant offers a variety of different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean and the shower is spacious.

We stayed for two nights and we are definitely coming back. The king junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The rooms are spacious. Enjoyed the property, our room was facing the river so it was very pleasant in the night with the sound of nature. Great property for taking a stroll in the nearby riverside trail. The staff was very helpful with our luggage as parking garage was a little far from our room. The shuttles to the town was very convenient.

Excellent property. The rooms were really nice, the staff were very kind and helpful. The area around was very convenient just a drive away from shopping and food.
