IRONMAN® vacations in Delaware, OH

Parking was OK, but there was a lot of construction workers and other people sitting around in the parking lot. As a female didn’t feel real safe, coming back in late at night with all the people sitting outside and on the back of their trucks.

They dont bother to advertise that dog fees must be cash - so clearly there's something going on at this scummy hotel.

I don’t think our room was cleaned at all. Front desk came up and cleaned the dirty toilet. Used loofah in the shower.

My bed had broken box spring, the pool looks nice but so nasty had grime and plastic in it. Very run down

Staff was very nice. Overall the hotel feels run down. Pool was closed, carpeting is old and peeling, bathrooms need to be updated properly and deep cleaned. Just a “tired” building overall.

The floor in the room I had was not at all flat. It was all slanted and they have part of the bed propped up on a 4x4 piece of wood to make it more even. There were huge lumps in the ground all over the room even in the bathroom and the shower. The lobby had very dirty floors as well

The bedrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was down when we got there but the staff had it fixed by morning. The breakfast was very good. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, the coolest pancake conveyer belt maker I have ever seen. Cereal, milk, fruit, ...

The bathtub is an accident waiting to happen..it is so slippery that you don't do any sudden moves. The traffic noise could be reduced with better windows.

I would avoid staying at this place. The staff was rude. When we came in, they did not seem welcoming. When we checked in, our bed had hair all over the blankets and sheets. We asked for new blankets, and they told us we would have to put them on, because they have housekeeping who does that and ...

The parking lot was full of potholes. The room we booked was occupied by someone else and aside from being occupied it was dark, dingey, and smelled like cigarettes
