The customer service displayed by your front desk staff at your facility is horrible. I'm outraged that I was asked to move my vehicle at 9pm. The knocking at my door woke my small children up. This is unacceptable. The parking lot was nearly empty and I was not parked in a handicap space. I will not be returning.

Lovely hotel - our room was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace lobby area (which was extra nice when we were there as it was decorated for Christmas). We have stayed here several times and have always been happy. Having Meijer next door for snacks and forgotten items is also a big plus!!

The room was fine. The bathroom was surface cleaned at best. The carpet felt filthy. The towels stained. Just overall gross. The breakfast was good enough but we didn't bother the second day and went out instead. Would not revisit.
