Stayed one night. Good enough for what we needed; just a place to sleep and shower after concert. Not very clean, outdated. Breakfast was basic/limited but good enough for grab and go. Outside door near our room did not lock. I could pull it open without using my key card. Staff was nice. Not planning to stay again.

The saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case that’s pretty much it. We were basically only going to be sleeping in the room. The pool areas was nice and clean. The staff was as helpful as they could be. The room itself wasn’t terrible but definitely could use a good deep cleaning and bedding changed regularly. Found little hairs in the bedding looks like maybe bedding wasn’t changed before we checked in from prior people. All in all just needing to sleep somewhere it was ok.

The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub.

Mold in the shower. Hair all over the toilet.stains on comforter. Musty smell throughout. No extra pillows at front desk for sleeper sofa. No hairdryer in the room. No one at front desk in the morning to ask for an extra towel or a hairdryer. Desk unattended with a sign that said be right back for at least 1/2 hour.

The hallways were muddy. The entire property smelled Terrible. The room was dirty. We turned around and left immediately after seeing the room. There is no way I would have my family spend the night at that place!

Nice staff and great price. Only issue I had was We had 2 adults and 3 children in our room. Was only given TWO bath towels. When I went to the front desk I was told they didnt have anymore. And was given bath mat floor towels (not large at all) I guess something is better than nothing. Could have been a little cleaner. Couldnt beat the price though!

The whole hotel was very dirty. Alot of areas in the room itself had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors in the hallway were so dirty. I only saw the 2 staff members the whole time i was there. There were never any towels in the pool area.
