It was great. Great location for shopping etc. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great (they have warm breakfast). The bathroom has vents (which is a big deal for me since one cannot open windows in hotels).

The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not operational during our stay, considering we booked the place specifically so the kids could go swimming while visiting and staying there. There should be a way to alert guests about amenities scheduled to be down long before their intended stay. That way, if we wanted to rebook, we could have. However, but the time we found out about it, all of the other hotels with pools in the area were booked up, or too far way! The hotel carpet was worn and smelled also.

The staff, the hotel manager, and the hot breakfast were great The room wasnt the one on my itenary, The bed was hard, the microwave barely worked, i couldnt shower cause the water didnt get warm it was either scolding hot or freezing cold even after waiting , my first time at a hampton inn hmm definitely not a good look
