Flights Review

Feb 13, 2020

On time at both ends! Not to be taken for granted.

Aug 12, 2019

My United return flights from ALB to IAD and then from IAD to GSP were much better than the original United flights from GSP to ORD and then ORD to ALB, primarily because the planes were so much nicer (and roomier) coming back. Also, my return flights were both on time, whereas my flight out of Chicago was delayed by over 5 hours!

Nice flight quick & easy

Oct 23, 2018

I usually fly the cattle call airlines because it's cheaper, however this time you were, and I was very impressed. I go to Florida every three months to visit elderly parents, so cost is a huge factor. Next trip I will be checking you airline first!! Thank you

I was most impressed with the fact United provided hotel accommodations and meal vouchers in Dulles as the flight leaving Albany was delayed. Just one week prior I flew Delta from LHR to Atlanta and had an airline related delay leading to a missed last flight of the night. Delta did not cover the room and was not very helpful at explaining how I could get to the hotel I paid for. United shined.

Aug 27, 2018

American helped me reschedule my flight because I scheduled it by accident as 10 pm instead of 10 am. It's not an uncommon problem I was told.

Aug 8, 2018

Reservation agents went out of their way to help us after a 3 hour delay, got us waters, snacks, helped an old man get to Dunkin Donuts when he missed his connection. They were awesome, young women who were just trying to do the right thing. Nice to see.

Leg room small and I paid for exit row.

Jul 3, 2018

It’s a shame that you charge $25 for a checked suitcase.

Charged $25 for each of our cabin-sized bags to check in. Not used to it as we live in Asia. What can we do?
