10/10! Only things I didn’t like: the beds were hard (but party hard enough & it doesn’t matter) & the first day we got there they had games in the lobby, but the other days they did not. The staff is AMAZING! Kevin, Nekesha, Trudy-Ann, Briskett (sorry if I spelt wrong) & Riri were all absolutely AMAZING! It truly feels like your home away from home! If you want to buy souvenirs on the beach, Kevin (he’s always furthest from the resort & not pushy) has the best items, & he’s so kind! We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay! Overall the property and staff were very nice. The entertainment was excellent. I did not like that wash clothes were not provided in the rooms. It took two days of verbal requests to find out you have to request them through the app. The distance from other popular excursions and attractions is the only draw back.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I felt welcomed into a world of top-tier luxury. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary.
