If you just need to drop of luggage and have already checked in with boarding pass. don't make us use the kiosk again. thx.
Very hard uncomfortable seats. No WiFi, strong perfume of hostess was a real problem as the whole airplane had strong scent which I’m allergic to. So for snack maybe offer a fruit, applesauce for people like me who can’t have gluten or sugar.
On time(early) departure despite bad weather and ontime arrival. Great service.
Just wish that there was more leg room
Great experience. Realizing other airlines tickets may seem cheaper, but when all is said and done, AA is better value.
Efficient boarding and departure
Really, your asking if im happy because of comfy seats, sure they lean further back than most, at the expense of being in someone elses face. Anyone taller than 5 ft 8 in just doesnt have enough leg room and if seats are leanes back they get to pitt their knees in the persons back, without much choice in the matter. Im only 5 ft tall so i have plenty of leg room. But not enough arm room. Im not small, but im not humongous either. I was happy with the flight, but seriously most of us in coacb are not comfortable, please stop pretending that we CAN BE!
Had to wait quite a while for wheelchair on arrival at SFO but crew waited until it arrived. Very pleased with attentiveness on both fights.
Seats were very small if flight was Any longer I probably would’ve been unhappy with that.
But none of this outways the two bags and half my wardrobe you lost and refused to reimburse a decade ago...but for a cheap flight it was adequate---nothing to endear any loyalty from this traveler. But remain cautiously optimistic about return trip--hope it doesn't disappoint
