Newark airport was a mess! After a 9 hour flight, two more hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate to become available as they were de-icing stationed planes at the gate. Can't those planes be moved elsewhere for de-icing????

Fantastic crew. Friendly, cheerful, helpful. When my special meal wasn't boarded, they managed to serve up business class food that met the specific requirements of my diet. And all with big smiles. Loved it.
