The property is brand new and very clean. The door to the stairs on one side of the building is very hard to open. It felt like you had to really use your shoulder like you are breaking in. The hold they put on your card is very inconvenient as well. My room was 255 and they charged me 305 then the money has been back in my available balance for the last 3 days. When will they take out the payment? Should be alot faster and don't put holds on our money.
