Was not what i expected

It is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The property is well maintained, the staff is consistently polite, and the complimentary afternoon gelato was a nice touch. Unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations for the price point. The biggest issue is the pool area. The pools are relatively small, and there are simply not enough lounge chairs for the number of guests. During the weekend, finding an available chair was nearly impossible.Because pool seating was so limited, we were pushed toward the beach, where additional charges quickly added up. Although we booked and paid for three guests, only two beach chairs were included. A third chair required an extra fee, and umbrellas were charged separately. Amenities also shut down surprisingly early. Pool and beach operations ended around 6 PM, towels were no longer available afterward, and there were no convenient shower facilities for guests wanting to freshen up after the beach or gym on departure day. We also found the hotel inflexible after check-out. Our keys were immediately deactivated, and when returning from the beach we were unable to re-enter through guest access points and had to walk around the property. Overall, this is an attractive hotel with a great location but the shortage of pool seating, extra charges for basic beach amenities, restrictive policies, and lack of flexibility significantly detracted from the the experience. At this price point, I expected more.
