Bummer that they have to charge for water and coffee. What is flying coming to? Ticket was $258 one way. You'd think I could have a cup of coffee! One other major hassle was check in. Took one hour while they made (had to go find change) for people's cash baggage payments. Super frustrating. Also, letting people stand at the counter and fill out required immigration paperwork that is available when they get in line. Surely in an hour of waiting they had time to fill it out?? Suggest some customer service person walk the "line" reminding people that they need it. Checkin should NOT start unless it's complete. Let the people who have it complete have priority. That's all.
