Our keys went the day after we arrived, it was very clean in the room and was cleaned while we where there, there was bags left out all day while cleaning rooms, there was rubber gloves on the sidewalk never cleaned up, There is no elevators which was specified but it does have outside doors which was not specified It is an okay hotel but found out it was out of the way for where we were going

A desk staff member was at the desk and friendly when he met us at our late check-in, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Only one complaint: the heater did not warm up at all, but we were too tired to make an issue of it. But the room was excellently clean!

The hotel is very clean and centrally located to highways and the outlets. Kid friendly with swimming pool and very good breakfast included. I highly recommend this hotel for the picky patrons that want great service and amenities. 100%
