Excelente servicio, regresaría.

este hotel es uno de los mejores que ido de verdad es exelente por que no tienes que salir de hay

We really wanted to love the charm of Cheeca. While the beds are comfortable and some staff are wonderful, the property feels like it's resting on its reputation. For the price, the maintenance issues and inconsistent policies make it feel more like a strong 3-star hotel than a 5-star resort. The room had a persistent "humid" smell. The shower seals are broken, so the floor floods every time we shower. We also found the soundproofing poor—we could hear conversations from the room next door quite clearly. If you book here, I highly recommend requesting a newer Ocean-facing room to avoid these maintenance issues. The food is acceptable and the service was a rollercoaster. A shoutout to Damian, who was fantastic with allergies and preferences, and the manager, Jimmy, who really tried to make things right. General cleanliness at Atlantic's Edge was disappointing—we often saw food debris under tables that were supposedly "ready" for new guests. Also, when our bathroom flooded, we called the front desk for towels and a bath mat, but they never arrived. The Pool for kids is small (pics are misleading) and the staff can be strict and inconsistent. We were kicked out of the pool at 5:25PM because it was "closing," even though the posted rules said "Sunset" (which wasn't until 6:00 PM). On top of our prepaid stay, the hotel initially placed a $1,400 incidental hold on our card. This was a mistake, and after I told them they later refunded it but it was a stressful surprise.

The Marker has a great location, close to the piers and great shops and restaurants. The room which had a partial view to the water was of a good size, had a comfortable bed and nice robes to wear while there. Parking was also available at the hotel site. There are various options for breakfast and what we ordered was very tasty and at a reasonable price. I fully recommend the Marker!

The unit was nice and clean and in a great area to use for a base while visiting key west. Unfortunately our AC went out for 2.5 days of our 4 days. it took us forever to get in contact with anyone...24/7 service my butt. We spent most of the first night trying to get a hold of someone locally to let them know what was happening. We were able to talk to someone through the 800 number buy they were unable to help us out and wouldnt give us contact info for the local after hours department. No one seemed to care that we were traveling with elderly folks or that none of us could sleep. The next morning we were finally contacted by the local office who sent a maintenance man to take a look at the problem. He seemed to be the only person who was understanding and apologetic. Unfortunately being in key west parts and services do take a little longer to get since everything is further away. The rooms stayed at 90 degrees during the day and 85 at night, even with the mini units they lent us. The breaker box was also arching and buzzing and needed to be replaced. We had to flip off the breaker because it's a fire hazard. We weren't able to cook or do laundry because it was so hot. We had to cancel excursions because we were so exhausted from not sleeping. The only apology came on our last day in the form of 100$ to split between 7 guests. Saying thank you for being patient is not the same as apologizing or showing empathy. We even asked to be moved to another unit and were denied.
