They need to focus on people with disabilities. I asked for a first floor room and was tild the hotel was full. When clearly there was plenty of empty rooms.

This was our second stay here. Just as great as our first stay. The private beach club and beach is still the best on the island, hands down. Just a polished place compared to many other options on Ambergris Caye.
