Bag was not free

Jan 10, 2020

Didn’t like the no seat confirmation ahead of one flight. Went to airport early and only took staff one minute to get our seats. Why were these not available online? Selling seat confirm?

Jan 3, 2020

Why is there no WiFi on the flight to Hawaii? Very disappointing.

To be honest, at the end of the flight the heat was cranked in the plane. Made me kinda dizzy and couldn't wait to get off... not sure what was up with that... Be mindful of temperature I suppose.
