The bedcover/sheet had ash stains on it, and the floor and room and the whole place was nasty. I couldn't even stay there!
Not clean. Gum on window seal. Stains on bedding. Lots of people hanging out and parting outside. A man on drugs wondering in the hall way for a while. Moving weirdly and starring toward other quest. No staff in site to tell.
It took us 10 tries to get only 3 working keys, we needed 4. For 4 guests they would only give us two towels at a time. One of the beds did not have a blanket, we were refused a second one. The icing on the cake was when we woke up to find the hotel was shut down by the state for non payment of delinquent taxes. We moved hotels immediately. Terrible staff with no consideration of their guests.
A staff member assured me twice over the phone that the reservation would be upheld because he doesn't close them after the check in time and the check in time of 6am was covered because the day before was being reserved as well. When I arrived at 6am,it took over 50 phone rings and a knock on the door by the for a rude man to come to the counter. He stated that no reservations are held open after midnight. I see this location as full of dishonest people, I found another place that was close by and after settled in I checked to see if this hotel had vacancies for the next day. It did, but the advertisement showed the original price of 25 per night while the selected link changed it to 49, I saw deception with this location intended to influence the public.
