Hotel itself is clean. There was a fresh paint and sometime a strong chemical smell in the room. I was ready to find a new hotel if I could have canceled this stay. There is no coffee pot in the room, not very much space to set anything out, few drawers to put anything away. There is a coffee and flavored water machine in the lobby. The coffee is very bland, much like drinking flavor water. Overall, it’s all in the photos you just need to look closely. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. It appears the hotel was just renovated. By the area it is located, it was most likely a pay by the hour motel in the past.
At least it was clean.

First class service all the way. From the Valet, the Porter, to the front desk agent. To the well appointed room and magnificent view. We felt like invited family. We are spending our night here. Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience. Thank you 🙏❤️

This is a good property with good amenities and no doubt a quality 5 star hotel. The problem is that when I was staying there this time there was a hotel workers strike. So the quality of service and housekeeping were well below par. For half of my stay there hotel staff picketing outside the hotel and each time I entered and left the picketers were yelling at me for crossing the picket line during the strike. The hotel did nothing to compensate me for this extreme inconvenience. At 7 am there were pickets using horns and drums that would wake me up and they would aggressively picket at the hotel entrance for 5 straight days from 7AM to 9 PM. Hotel management did nothing to compensate. I paid a lot of money for my hotel room and I am troubled that management is not fairly sharing that money with the staff. If the hotel had informed me of the strike in advance I would have gladly cancelled and stayed at any hotel without labor issues. Half of trip was ruined and hotel charged me full price, like strike inconvenience never happened.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were great, pool area relaxing, and good service. We did a spa treatment and it was wonderful too. Would love to come back.

I absolutely loved my first stay at the Limon. It was a quiet small boutique hotel. The room was big & gorgeous and the perfect respite to an end of a long day enjoying Palm Springs. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Palm Springs.
