I only stayed one night but overall, Creekside was better than I was expecting. For an old keys motel type inn, it was very clean and well kept.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the Miami Beach Riu. Not only was the entire hotel clean and kept clean throughout the day, the staff also did a wonderful job of being helpful and friendly.

There were quite a few issues — the bathroom door and the safe were broken, the beach chairs on the beach couldn’t be used, and we had to carry folding chairs and towels provided by the hotel down to the beach. There was also only one slow elevator, and even though we booked Park Central, we were actually put in the building next door.
Still, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Billed me for parking when I didn’t have a car. Took several calls to try and resolve. Still haven’t received a refund. They were quick to take my money when I paid for the room but not so responsive in processing my refund.

Check-in was as smooth as could be. Reps made sure we had access to a luggage cart right away. Property very clean. Room staff could not have been nicer. Would certainly book again
