Very nice hotel

Nice modern hotel 10-15 min by tram 4 from Zurich HB. The continental breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Our king bed room was quite spacious, comfortable, nice TV, plenty of outlets, mini fridge, shower, decent size tub. Oh and the room had remote control outdoor opaque windows shades which was pretty new. The floors were slightly scuffed but not a big deal. Quiet on our floor. I would stay here again if I was in Zurich.

Lovely breakfast N staff, room nice just the glass from room looking straight at the loo abit off putting, great spot for the Tram, just finding the entrance was hard as the front on one side a cafe and main entrance has steakhouse signs.

It’s a business area that’s away from the main city centre. There are a lot of tours and groups using the hotel as a base though because it’s easy to get into the centre from the tram stop at the front of the hotel. Staff were great and polite but there weren’t many of them and you do have to wait a bit at the lobby. The room was really good quality and very clean with a massive bath and shower room. The staff were more than happy to bring a bed and extra towels for our daughter to stay too.

Easy access from central Zurich with the tram. Staff is very friendly. Room is not ready before 3:00 PM so plan accordingly. They get a lot of traveling agency bookings so they are not flexible with giving you room early.

Pretty nice hotel, steps away from a tram station that gets you to the central train station or old town, very convinient. Building and the room were nice. In July heat AC worked well. Comfortable beds. Breakfast choices were great. Our final night's stay was spoiled by the sewage smell that appeared in the middle of the night. Hope that's fixed. Overall, pretty good stay.

Good hotel

This was a good hotel, best part is that the tram is pretty much right there when you step out of the hotel. All front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were a good size, nice, clean. We did not try the breakfast so I don't know how good it was, the reason we didn't try was because it was $35 per person, we found that way too expensive. One thing I found weird was that when you are showering, the person outside on the bed has the option to open a frosted glass sliding door and watch you shower, and there is nothing the person in the shower can do about it. Personally, didn't care, just found it funny and could be an issue depending who you're rooming with. Nice soaker tub in the bathroom. We ate at the pub in the hotel, it was decent, nothing special. The bed was good, not great. Overall, it's a good hotel.
