The bed is not comfortable in our back. There is only 1 pillow provided each that gets really flat. We wake up feel so tired because of the bed .

Cot not set up as requested. Room didn't get dark.

We requested a cot well in advance, this was not ready for our daughter when we arrived and we had to call down to ask for one to be brought. They charge for our 3 month old as an additional person but the cot isn't included in that price and was an extra 30 CHF which seems unreasonable charge for one or the other. None of this would be acceptable for an adult and I don't think it's acceptable for a baby. The curtains are so thin that even at night time light comes through them. It was like having two layers of netting. This is another hotel which uses eco-friendlyness as an excuse to cheap out on what is available in the room.

Its a nice hotel. I stayed there 15 years ago and it was just being refurbished then but they have refurbed again and its clean, tidy, comdortable and a reasonable price considering it is Zurich and reasonably central. Good tram service and cab service to the lake etc, parking is easy enough as just over the road and a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is good, scrambled eggs are very goodand a nice bit of bread etc. Will book again if forced back to Zurich.
