"Run from this hotel, no AC working or WiFi in my room. I requested a maintenance check for 3 nights with no luck. Front desk staff very rude and disrespectful. Management was unable to provide a simple fan or mobile AC for any of the nights in the heat. Expedia transfer us to another location with the exemplar facilities Las Golondrinas hotel. Be careful if you booked this residential hotel."
