A Christmas Eve stay was fantastic! Staff lovely, friendly and helpful and we woke up to Christmas stockings on our doors with hot chocolate marshmallows etc inside which was a fantastic festive touch.

Beautiful clean room on the ground floor. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Easy access into town and the parking was just a stones throw away. Great hotel and great location.

The Staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and courteous. Everything else was as it should be at such a quality rated hotel - 'spot on'. Many congratulations and 100% would recommend it. We are certainly going to stay there again when we next visit York.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo York. The hotel is beautiful. Lovely, clean, spacious room, fully equipped. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Beautiful breakfast. Would definatley recommend and stay here again.

Amazing service, very friendly staff. I think the best service I got in UK so far. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to US hotel rooms but still double. Loved the room decoration and the design. The only thing to point out is the shower tub didn’t drain the water well, but I think it’s a fixable issue. Overall really liked it and planning to come back again

We stayed here back in 2016. Really enjoyed the hotel. However , the bed and bedding now are awful and the breakfast is poor quality and crowed by the self serve area. Didnt notice previously but the walls are paper thin.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room pleasant and comfortable. Could have been five stars if they had a bit of soundproofing in the rooms. Putting us in an adjoining room meant we could hear every word spoken next door. Not great for the premium room price paid.

Nice room, staff were lovely. Great location. Shower tiles could've done with a good scrub- had some mildew on them which partly came off with a rub with some wet loo roll! Other than that it was pretty perfect. Thanks
