My wife and I stayed one night at Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge and were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. While the bed was clean, it was not comfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had no ventilation or air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Overall, the air quality in the room felt poor — it seemed like there was no fresh air circulation. The TV was small and outdated, and the in-room coffee and tea didn’t taste good. Bath towels were unusually small and not very comfortable to use. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. However, the lobby had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which gave a poor first impression.
