Freedom Cabin with Sandstone Canyon & Dock on the WI River in Wisconsin Dells

Keep it simple at this peaceful & conveniently located property less than 2 miles from downtown Dells. This secluded 6 acre property is nestled in the backwaters of the WI River. It’s a cozy space to reconnect, relax and make lasting memories.

Our property is comprised of 6ac of land on the Wisconsin River...we have a cornfield to the North, a seasonal cabin to our South the river to the East and a road and natural area to the West. We are 1.8mi from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Our property has 4 cabins, perfect for couples and friends to come to the same place and have their own accommodations, a Gathering House (Converted Tavern) social area, that is set up as an intimate and cozy atmosphere (think speakeasy), a 24x24 covered deck and 24x10 patio area. Follow the trail down the hill towards the river and you'll find 225ft of raised walkway through a natural Sandstone canyon that arrives at our private 80ft dock on the riverfront. You'll find excellent walleye, muskie and sturgeon fishing as well as carp and catfish sheep's head and a bounty of other stuff to catch along with scenery that will make you fall in love...
The views from the dock are the crown jewel of the property.

We offer a charcoal grilling station for each cabin and a central grilling location by the Gathering House. We have a fire pit in the space beyond the covered deck and plenty of wood to burn on site.

Our goal is to host couples, small groups of friends, family or coworkers and provide a space to disconnect from technology, connect with each other, share some unique experiences and make amazing memories you and your loved one/s, you're closest friends or coworkers will look back on for years to come. Just a beautiful couple days with friends could not ask for better host from Tanya and her husband. Top notch, clean, organized outstanding customer service would have liked a small radio as well as a second mirror maybe in the bedroom area with three ladies getting ready in the same cabin. I would stay here again And let all of my friends know to stay here as well. Top notch.

Amazing place

What a wonderful, cozy place. This was a perfect cabin for a short weekend gateway. It was nice and clean. The owners are great and helpful. It was also the meeting place for our 5 month old and our friend’s 1 year old. A cherished memory. The kids had a blast, as did the adults. Highly recommended.
