The stay was not bad overall, but I don’t see myself returning. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The employee eventually came out of the elevator pushing a rack of towels, and it appeared he was the only person working at the time. The rooms were okay, nothing special but acceptable. At checkout, the front desk associate simply took the key card without greeting me or saying “good morning” or “have a good day.” That lack of basic customer service left a negative impression. While the stay wasn’t terrible, the service experience would make it difficult for me to come back.

Very lovely check in and after leaving my purse on the counter was immediately contacted by the front desk. So very grateful. Room was warmed prior to my arriving and was so happy. Comfy bed. Only down was the pancake machine was broken.😞
