The rooms were loud from the ambient noise from the street. It was difficult to sleep because of this. The property was adequate, but I’ve stayed at several properties in the Healdsburg area and this is significantly overpriced for what you get. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere are you can find better and lower cost rooms at several hotels in the area.

This is a small boutique hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for Healdsburg, the rooms are very quiet. I would say that the beds are a little soft, and all pillows are feather, and those may be problems for some. Like many modern hotel, turning on the bathroom light lights up the bedroom due to glass on part of the bathroom wall, and that is a trend that we really dislike - it wakes up a partner sleeping in the bedroom when the other goes to the bathroom at night. Breakfast was OK but not special. There are many positives to the hotel and overall it met our needs well.
