Staff were welcoming. We were assigned the King bed room in the upstairs back corner. No elevator; stairs are concrete and solid, and we have too much stuff, but we managed. The room felt small. No ironing board for the second suitcase. We rearranged some furniture in order to have a "nightstand" for one side of the bed. Little bathroom space for toiletry bags. With the sound of the good heating unit cycling off and on, and the refrigerator, and the heavy passing rains on the roof, the noise of the passing trains wasn't noticed much. We slept comfortably in the king bed. The breakfast room is quite small, begs for another window, felt nearly claustrophobic with only 8-10 adults in it. But the breakfast itself is nice, made-to-order.
