Great place to rest for the night
Terry prepared our room and stay very nicely. This cute motel was a fantastic find in a small town with a lot of great local food choices.

Shower did not work.
Small room but meticulously kept and Perfect size for an overnight stay while traveling. Definitely worth definitely worth considering

I was not expecting a motel this old and worn from the reviews. The room was clean, beds firm, and water hot were the positives. Old, dusty, and no amenities would be the downside.
This is a quaint roadside motel, but it has been renovated to include modern extras like a small fridge and microwave. Rose's is very inexpensive, convenient to the Chiricahua mountains hiking, clean and comfortable. But the staff went way above and beyond to make me feel at home, and they even recognized my birthday! I'll definitely stay there again!
Great place! I’d stay again anytime. Clean and quiet accommodations. Awesome owners. WiFi was solid: 19 Mbps down and 3.27 Mbps up. The cable TV was spotty for some reason but that didn’t bother me too much.
Couldn't get the TV to work, there were 2 remotes and I pushed various buttons but couldnt' figure it out. tried both faucets in the shower for a minute each, couldn't get hot water out of either. In the morning the toilet wouldn't flush. When I tried to adjust the drapes they fell down, very flimsy hardware. Very affordable pricing, and the manager was nice, but pretty bad conditions. Maybe it was just bad luck, idk.
Old and basic, very clean and comfortable. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Very friendly owner. Comfortable and clean. Great price.
Room was recently remodeled and clean, except the floor was a bit dusty. Staff were super nice and accommodating. The exterior of the hotel may look outdated but at least the rooms have been updated.
