Our stay here was terrific! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. It has many amenities including golf carts, a screened in lanai, gas grill and more. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

My friends and I stay together anywhere from 1-4 times a year and we all agreed this is the best place we stayed as far as matching the description listed. The house was exactly as described. Treats were left for us. Beds Comfortable. Cleanliness outstanding. Kitchen was better stocked than any previous VRBO. Plenty of linens in bathrooms and Kitchen. Although we ate all meals out, we loooked in every drawer and cabinet. We could have cooked a gourmet meal with all the kitchen gadgets available. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, coffee cups, etc. You will not be disappointed if you pick Annette's place. If we go back to the Villages, we will definitely be staying at Annette's.

Christmas in The Villages

We had an excellent stay! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few miles from The Market at Sawgrass Grove. There’s a wonderful walking/running/cycling path connected to the neighborhood - great for exercise! The house was well furnished and clean, and our host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and accommodations

There were 4 of us staying at this property. We all agreed that we would rent again given the opportunity. This is a well-appointed property. Extremely clean and well taken care of. They provide everything you could need. The welcome basket with coffee, chocolates, chips, etc. was a nice touch.

Beautiful proper - very comfortable

The house was perfect for our stay in the Villages to visit family. They had everything to keep us comfortable. The home was new & clean. The only negative was that it was described as being closer to Fernandina on the map, but was a bit further away. Probably just a VRBO map glitch. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

We have been coming to the Villages for 10+years to visit family for Thanksgiving. The past 5 years we have been getting a home for the whole family to gather. This home was perfect from the check-in, communication, and having everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were comfortable & everything was clean. Totally felt at home! Definitely would recommend this place!

Attention to detail

While visiting family we stayed at this wonderful home. It was very well equipped with all your needs of home. The owners were so delightful. Their constant communication to make sure everything was going well shows how much they truly care. The cleanliness of the home was so exceptional. We will definitely stay here next time.

Better than expected

Unfortunately we were only at this residence for 4 days. The home was immaculate, well stocked with all the stuff you need to make yourself at home. Dishes, towels, appliances, ect. The golf cart worked perfectly. The hosts, Linda and Howard left a very comprehensive binder that helped with navigating not only their house but the whole Villages. We did not need to contact the manager, everything was well laid out and worked as it should. You could tell the hosts wanted you to enjoy your stay at their home. We were very pleased with the experience and would definitely stay again. Thank you Linda and Howard for letting us use your home.

Beautiful home away from home!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home equipped with everything needed for being away from our own home. We were there, visiting family who live in The Villages. Having a golf cart available to use was most enjoyable. Would highly recommend this beautiful property for any length of stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and very well appointed. The host (Annette) was in contact with us immediately, with all the information we needed. The golf cart is a wonderful addition for exploring the Villages. They have a binder of information about the area that is a wonderful touch. The Map and distances are a bit off in the listing, but the area is beautiful.

Nice and clean house in good location

We took the family down to visit our grandparents who also live in the Villages. The house is in great shape and in a convenient location. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Have access to the golf cart helped a bunch since we were 6 people in one car and it allowed us to split up. Overall A+ and thank you!

Visiting family

We took a quick trip from Texas to Florida to see family. This house was a perfect size and location for us. It was equipped with all the essentials and exactly as the pictures showed. Above all of that what impressed us the most was Annette and her property manager. You never really know how these things are going to go but these two were so friendly helpful and prompt in their responses even with all of my “oh one more question “ texts. Our only regret was we just didn’t have the time to explore the Villages and all it has to do. Thanks Annette we enjoyed your home.
