"Staff are terrible, wanted to check in early staff knew about it from the morning on the day of check in always told to come back later. Went around half 2 to check was told to wait. It was half 3 by the time they checked me in, people, couples white people, were there after me they didn’t wait and were given rooms before me.
Staff are rude, they don’t answer the phone, you don’t get the service you paid for, room had old ripped carpets the bath was old and small, no where near the standards of a 4 star hotel, avoid and there’s lot of better options near by."
