When we came in around 9:30 on 9/11/25 we waited over 5 minutes before Tiffa, the person responsible for greeting guests & handing out your room card came to help us and the other guests that were waiting as well. She wasn’t near but in another area watching TV. She wasn’t friendly; never apologized for being away & not noticing that guests were waiting to check in.
